We bridged the gap between customer feedback and restaurant owners by creating a satisfaction survey system.

A key lesson from this project was the value of listening to end users — both restaurant staff and customers — when designing digital tools for traditional businesses.
The satisfaction survey system created a direct feedback loop between customers and owners, enabling data-driven decisions about menu items, service quality and dining experience.
